1.5TMRI-SWI序列对高血压性脑微出血的诊断价值

【摘要】目的探讨1.5T磁共振磁敏感加权成像(SWI)对高血压性脑微出血(CMBs)的诊断及临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析94例经临床确诊为原发性高血压的患者。应用SWI及常规MRI(cMRI)技术(T1、T2WI、FLAIR及DWI序列)对患者影像资料进行对比研究。结果 SWI在显示CMBs患者病灶的位置、大小、数目、分布及准确范围优于常规序列(cMRI)。结论 1.5TSWI对高血压性脑微出血(CMBs)诊断有较高的应用价值,为临床制定合理的治疗方案提供有利的帮助。
