超高效液相色谱法快速检测饮料中8种人工合成色素方法验证

【摘要】目的 对超高效液相色谱法快速检测饮料中8种人工合成色素方法进行验证.方法 制备饮料样品,提取色素,采用ACQUITY UPLC H-Class系统同时测定饮料中胭脂红、苋菜红、日落黄、柠檬黄、亮蓝、新红、赤藓红、诱惑红8种人工合成色素.结果 8种人工合成色素在5.5 min内分离,r>0.9980,线性相关.检出限为0.043~0.121 mg/L.测定样品加标回收率大于87%,RSD为0.00%~0.30%.结论超高效液相色谱法检测快速简便,分离效果好,灵敏度高.
