基于声音信号的高压断路器机械故障诊断方法

【摘要】机械故障是高压断路器的主要故障,利用传感器采集数据分析断路器状态,从而诊断其机械故障已成为电网智能化发展的重要需求。为了实现对高压断路器机械故障的精准便捷检测,提出一种基于声音信号识别高压断路器机械故障的方法,利用K-S检验搜索故障信号与正常信号的幅值分布差异区间,并提取差异区间内的幅值和作为特征向量,通过分析贡献最大的若干特征向量从而实现对断路器机械故障的诊断。实验结果表明,与现有的声音信号特征提取方法相比,所提出的方法识别率高,时间开销小。
