掺Yb3+硅酸盐玻璃的光谱和激光性能

【摘要】研究了掺Yb3+硅酸盐玻璃的吸收光谱和发射光谱,测量的荧光寿命为1.02ms,计算和探讨了Yb3+的积分吸收截面和受激发射截面及荧光寿命随样品厚度的变化趋势.激光性能评估表明,掺Yb3+硅酸盐玻璃具有小的激发态最小粒子数(0.087),较小的最小泵浦强度(3.11/kw·cm-2)和较大的激光增益系数(2.66 pm4ms),是较为理想的掺Yb3+激光材料.
