School of Chemical Engineering and Pharmacy , Wuhan Institute of Technology , Wuhan 430074 ,China) Abstract :A process of continuous three2stage countercurrent extraction for removing COD in H acid wastewater is presented based on liquid surfactant membrane methods. The effects of the ratio of Span80 to ethylhexanol ,oil to inner reagents ( Roi) ,emulsion to water phase ( Rew) and p H of wastewater on remo2ving rate of COD has also been discussed. The results show that the total removal rate of COD is 85. 3 % in the condition of Span280 ∶ ethylhexanol = 1 ∶ 1(g ∶mL) ,Roi = 1 ∶ 1. 5 ,Rew = 1 ∶ 1 and p H = 2. 0.
