活化T细胞核因子延缓软骨退变研究

【摘要】活化T细胞核因子1(NFATcl)与软骨细胞代谢密切相关;我们通过建立骨关节炎模型;应用慢病毒作为NFATcl载体;将其注入膝关节腔内;探讨其是否能延缓关节软骨退变;一、材料与方法1.材料:新西兰大白兔、shNFATcl序列;病毒试剂盒;2.构建NFATcl重组慢病毒;按说明书操作;3.模型建立和干预:大白兔12只;分3组(n=4);对照组不作处理;模型组用经典Hulth造模方法处理;干预组处理同模型组;同时注射NFATcl干预;
