粉煤灰基地聚物混凝土抗压强度及吸水率研究

【摘要】采用L_(16)(4~3)田口方法设计试验,研究了水泥掺量、NaOH溶液浓度、养护温度3个因素对高钙粉煤灰基地聚物混凝土抗压强度及吸水率的影响,并对试验中各因素水平的信噪比及均值进行了分析。结果表明,当水泥掺量为20%,NaOH溶液浓度为14 mol/L,养护温度为70℃时,地聚物混凝土的抗压强度为64.21 MPa,吸水率为3.03%,此时综合性能较优;方差分析结果表明,水泥掺量对地聚物混凝土抗压强度和吸水率的影响最大,其贡献率分别为45.48%和46.42%。

The results revealed that the geopolymer concretes with excellent overall performance with compressive strength of 64.21 MPa and the water absorption of 3.03% were obtained when the dosage of cement of 20%, the concentration of NaOH solution of 14 mol/L and the curing temperature of 70 ℃. The addition of cement had a significant effect on compressive strength and water absorption of geopolymer concrete using the analysis of variance method, and its contribution rate was 45.48% and 46.42%, respectively.
