新入职硕士学历护士转型冲击现状及影响因素研究

【摘要】目的 了解新入职护士转型冲击现状及影响因素.方法 通过问卷星平台对新入职1~2年的硕士学历护士进行问卷调查,调查其转型冲击现状.结果 新入职硕士学历护士转型冲击总分为(85.75±16.38)分,标准化得分为63.52%,工作时间、家庭所在地、月收入和劳动关系是影响新入职护士转型冲击的主要因素,可解释因变量的29.7%.结论 新入职硕士学历护士转型冲击处于中等偏上水平.护理管理者应密切关注新入职0~6个月、异地籍贯、收入较低的硕士学历护士,积极制订策略减轻其转型冲击水平.
