高效液相色谱法测定熟肉制品中5种合成色素

【摘要】建立熟肉制品中5种合成色素的高效液相色谱法测定方法。熟肉制品经过脱脂后提取色素,选择样品中5种色素的最大吸收波长用高效液相色谱仪分析测定。在0.10μg/m L~50.0μg/m L线性范围内,所得5种合成色素的回归方程均呈较好的线性关系(r〉0.999)。该方法的检出限为0.035μg/m L~0.040μg/m L,相对标准偏差在0.79%~1.30%之间。对样品进行加标回收试验,绝对回收率在91.5%~101.0%之间。本方法简便、快速、准确,适用于熟肉制品中合成色素的测定。
