煤层气井排煤粉环空射流泵的数值模拟

【摘要】基于液固两相流的基本理论和κ-ε两方程湍流模型,利用Fluent软件对煤层气井新型排煤粉环空射流泵的湍射流场进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,煤粉运动轨迹表明环空射流泵有利于煤粉颗粒的吸入和排出;环空射流泵在吸入液(地层液)流量小于15 m3/d时,通过补充动力液产生负压,使地层液和煤粉颗粒吸入泵内进而排出地面;当吸入液含煤粉体积分数相同时,粒径越大的煤粉颗粒在喉管内的分布越靠近中心线。通过对多相流条件下喉管出口断面流速分布的分析,得出了喉管最优长径比为4。该项研究结果为环空射流泵的优化设计提供了依据。

Henan ZYZJ Pump Equipment Co. , Ltd. ) Abstract: On the basis of the basic theory of liquid-solid two-phase flow and the Ke two-equation turbulence model, the Fluent software was used to conduct a numerical simulation of the turbulence jet field of the new annular jet pump for pulverized coal discharge in coalbed methane ( CBM) wells. An analysis of its properties of coal pow-der discharge was carried out. The analysis shows that the pulverized coal motion trajectory indicates that the pump is favorable to the inhalation and discharge of coal powder particles. When the inhalation liquid flowrate ( formation of the pump is less than 15 rn3/d, the formation liquid and coal powder particles are inhaled into the pump and then discharged onto the ground by supplementing power liquid to produce negative pressure. When the inhaled liq-uid contains the same coal powder volume fraction, the greater the coal powder size, the nearer to the center line the distribution of the particles in venturi tube.
