互联网、多媒体作为当今社会发展的动力、先进科技的代表,已经深入到每个人的生活当中。将互联网多媒体峰会的主会场建筑选址在城南秀丽的陶然亭湖畔,充分体现了科技与自然的相互依存、交融与对话,让人们不禁体会到一山一水一陶然的精神境界。设计初始阶段,我们将建筑定位为陶然亭公园的一部分,是依偎在这片城市的绿肺之上,由早春的土地中生长出来的。陶然亭公园为我们创造了一个良好的建筑周边环境,我们也使多媒体峰会会场充分适应这片绿色的土地。建筑形体和空间塑造采用流动的三维空间概念,自然、顺畅并产生出流动的美。为了保证建筑所在地块的限高要求,建筑主体整体向下深挖4.2m,在侧面开挖下沉式庭院。这样既可以将室外的景观引入到建筑内部,又解决了建筑地下部分的采光问题。人们通过一座轻盈的桥跨过绿色的庭院进入建筑之中,突出建筑整体的轻盈、舒适。站在入口大厅,人们可以直接看到陶然亭公园内的景色,同时将自己置身于画中,成为画中一景。展厅分为上、下两层,通过平缓的坡道相连,在上下层空间中穿插、渗透,使流动的空间真正融入到建筑的精神当中。保证了展区面积的同时,充分利用架空、楼梯、坡道体现出变化的空间带来的变化感受。在每一个细微之处都体现出建筑精神的存在。报告厅位于地下层,空间开阔,保证会展期间的各种使用功能,同时结构设计简单平直,使建筑在会后的改造当中简单易行。只需在展厅部分加上一层楼板,就可以将目前的共享展厅分成两个独立区域,每个展厅均有自己独立的采光和通风,并不因为改造而牺牲原有建筑空间的品质。整体平面设计中,从一开始我们就非常注重内外空间的流动、交融、互通,使建筑无论在哪个方向都能与其相对的环境相融合。在建筑两侧塑造出一片下沉式园林空间景观,解决地下建筑采光通风的同时也为地下部分引入了绿色,使地下的使用者避免了井底观天的尴尬。同时,地下部分同样可以自由地对外部采光、通风,大大节省了空调方面的能耗,为业主节省了大量后期建筑运行费用。形体及立面造型是整座建筑最吸引人们眼球的地方,一个建筑平面的好坏总是要使用一段时间才能看出来,而一个建筑的立面总能给人以最深刻的印像。建筑东西两侧采用大面积的玻璃,使街景和公园内的景色相互穿插换位,给建筑内所有人带来美景的同时也带来美好心情。数字信息化时代的最大特征就是信息的瞬息万变,像大海的波涛起起落落。潮来潮往是以建筑的方式确定一个波动的平台,对复杂的三维现像在空间上给予最为象形的模拟,在静态和动态之间寻求一种瞬间的平衡。我们力求建筑以独特的视觉形像,给人们以深刻的形体印像,为业主的展示创造一个多方位、多功能、高效率的空间展示场所,并以别致的方式对城市和城市公园做出一个合理的解决方案,使两部分相得益彰。上人的木质屋面作为技术与自然的交汇点,使整体建筑无论在室内或室外都有强大的表现力和单纯的自然感觉,以韵动的潮流曲线荡漾参观者的心灵。在景观处理方面,将建筑部分功能压入地下后,种出的竹子从庭院中伸出头来,摇曳在建筑周围,与身后的公园绿化遥相呼应。木质铺装延续到屋顶之上,站在屋顶的人可以非常自然地看到公园里的景观。建筑的建设周期极短,只有几个月,由于建筑形体的复杂错落也给施工带来了一定影响。几个月之内我们边设计边施工,每周都要到工地戴着安全帽从电梯坑爬到屋顶到处核对,这样的仔细工作能使我们在第一时间发现问题并及时纠正,虽然辛苦但能控制整个建筑的进程,提高设计的完成度。也算是我们将这个小建筑完成的一个心得体会。□工程主持:党辉军方案设计:党辉军,董晓煜,汪大炜(特邀),李军(特邀)建筑:汪大炜,李军,刘南青,李西南结构:李婷,秦锦红设备:乔群英电气:贾燕彤经济技术指标:总用地面积:8 900m2总建筑面积:7 052m2其中地上建筑面积:3 098m2地下建筑面积:3 954m2檐口高度:+9.85m,下沉4.5m,总高14.35mAs a momentum of today’s social growthand representative of advanced science andtechnology, Internet and Multimedia havepenetrated into everyone’s life. It has fullyembodied a mutual dependence, fusion anddialogue between science & technology withnature by selecting the site of the main hall buildingfor the Summit on Internet and Multimedia at thegraceful bank of Taoran Pavilion in southern city.We just cant’help realizing a spiritual realm ofone mountain, one water and one Taoran.Since the initial stage of designing, we havepositioned the building as one part of the TaoranPavilion Park, grown out from the earth in earlyspring leaning close onto this piece of urban greenlung.Taoran Park has created a good circumjacentbuilding environment and we have also tried toadapt the hall of multimedia summit fully to thisgreen stretch of land. The concept of flowing 3-dimensional space has been adopted for structureand space building, natural and smooth to giverise to a moving beauty.The main body of the building is dugdownwards by 4.2m for a sinking courtyard atlateral side, to ensure the height limit of the plotwhere the building locates, thus to both introducethe outdoor sights into the architecture and tosolve the lighting issue with the underground part.People can pass a lightsome bridge throughthe green courtyard into the building, which givesa prominence to the holistic lightness and coziness.In the lobby of entrance, people can directly seethe scenery in Taoran Pavilion Park, and at thesame time, place themselves into the picture as ifone scene in it.The Exhibition Hall is divided into upper anddown two floors, connected with a mild rampwhich interpenetrates in the space between thetwo floors, so that the moving space can reallyblend into the spirit of the building. While exhibitionarea is ensured, overhead structure, staircase andramp have been fully utilized to reflect a changingfeeling brought about by a changing space. Theexistence of building spirit is incarnated in eachfine part.Presentation Auditorium lies at theunderground floor in an expansive space, to ensureall application functions during conferences andexhibitions. At the same time it is designed in asimple and straight structure for an easy andfeasible building alteration after conferences. It isonly needed to add a layer of floor in the part ofthe Exhibition Hall, to partition the present sharedExhibition Hall into two independent areas, eachhaving its own independent lighting andventilation, at no expense of the quality of originalbuilding space.During general graphic designing, we havepaid special attention from the very beginningto flow, fusion and intercommunication ofinternal and external spaces, so that the buildingcan blend into its relative environment inwhichever direction. A stretch of sights in thesinking garden space is figured at both flanks ofthe architecture, to provide the undergroundconstruction with lighting and ventilation andat the same time to introduce the greennessinto it, so that the users underground can avoidthe embarrassment of “Viewing the sky at thebottom of a well”. The underground buildingcan also acquire light and air freely, to save theenergy consumption to a great extent, whichcan economize a large cost on late operationof the building for the owner.Shape and elevation figuring would attractpeople’s attention the most of a building.
