Synthesis and Characterization of Superhydrophobic-Superoleophobic and Anti-Corrosion Coatings via Sol-Gel Process

【摘要】Superoleophobicnanocompositecoatingswithimprovedhydrophobicpropertieswereobtainedbyincorporationofaperfluoroalkylpolymerinhybridsol-gelmatrixcontainingsilicaandtitaniananoparticles.SiO2andTiO2nanoparticlesweresynthesizedbasedonsol-gelprecursorsutilizingtetraethylorthosilicate;3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane;andtetra(n-butylorthotitanate).SEMandEDXimagesofthecoatingdemonstratedthataSilicananospherehadbeenaggregatedinsuperporousstructure.Theanalysisresultsshowthatnano-sizedinorganicparticles(10-20nm)haveauniformdistributionanddispersion.ByincreasingthePFOTES;theoleophobicityofcoatingsincreasedduetoloweringofsurfaceenergyinthepresenceoffluoropolymer.ResultsofEISmeasurementshowthatPFOTESandTiO2nanoparticlesincreasedanti-corrosionpropertyofhybridcoatings.Thismethodintroducesasimplewaytoproducewater-andoil-repellentself-cleaningcoatingsonlargeareasofdifferentsubstrateslikeglass;ceramic;metalandcomposites.
