27%抑霉唑·嘧菌酯悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析

【摘要】[目的]建立采用高效液相色谱分离和测定27%抑霉唑·嘧菌酯悬浮剂中有效成分抑霉唑、嘧菌酯含量的分析方法。[方法]采用ODS-C18反相色谱柱和紫外检测器(检测波长230nm),以乙腈-水(水用磷酸调pH值为3)为流动相,对试样中的抑霉唑和嘧菌酯进行分离,外标法定量分析。[结果]抑霉唑和嘧菌酯线性相关系数分别为1.0000、0.9994,标准偏差分别为0.06、0.22,变异系数分别为0.48%、1.42%,平均回收率分别为100.02%、99.71%。[结论]该方法简便、快捷,有效地分离了样品中的抑霉唑和嘧菌酯,而且具有高精密度和准确度,线性关系良好。
