金钗石斛种子非共生萌发和种质保存

【摘要】报道了用金钗石斛(DendrobiumnobileLindl)已开裂果实的种子经无菌处理,播种在改良的KC培养基上培养,研究结果表明:种子萌发成原球茎,原球茎分化成幼苗。同时对原球茎、幼苗和茎芽进行冷冻保存和低温贮藏。最终研究结果为:冷冻保存的原球茎其分化率为51%,幼苗和茎芽存活率分别是35%、43%。低温贮存的原球茎分化率为75%,幼苗和茎芽的存活率分别是95%、97%。

The research showed seed sprouted into protocorm ,which differentiated into seedling. Besides ,the protocorm ,seedling and stem bud were pre2served in a freezing condition and microthermal condition. The final study showed the differential rate of protocorm under freezing preservation was 51 % ,the survival rate of seedling and stem bud were 35 % and 43 % respectively ;the differential rate of protocorm under microthermal preservation was 75 % ,the survival rate of seedling and stem bud were 95 % and 97 % respectively.
