钢箱梁桥面板裂纹产生原因和焊接处治方法

【摘要】桥面板疲劳裂纹是钢箱梁桥最主要的病害形式之一,危及桥梁的运行安全和使用寿命,近年来在国内呈多发态势。按照裂纹产生的部位和发展方向对其进行分类,分析引起钢箱梁桥面板疲劳裂纹的主要原因包括结构状态受力、应力集中效应、车辆超载、制造工艺缺陷等因素。提出将裂缝直接刨开补焊、背面贴衬垫焊接、局部更换构件后焊接等几种焊接修补方法,结合裂缝的具体类型、裂缝发展程度和现场施工条件探讨不同方法的适用性,以及应当采取的必要辅助措施。总结裂纹处治必须注意检测定位、根据具体情况选择焊接工艺、注意细节处理等要点,为不同情况下制定裂纹处治的工艺方法提供参考。
