儒家思想在医学研究生心理教育中的应用探讨

【摘要】纵观我国医学研究生教育,科研能力和临床技能培养日趋规范成熟,而心理教育却鲜受重视,学生心理健康状况不容乐观。儒家思想是中华民族传统道德思想的主流,在中国教育发展和文化传播中具有广泛而深远的影响。文章论述了儒家思想中“以仁为贵”“以和为贵”“以德为贵”的品质对医学研究生人格塑造和健康心理养成的必要性,并进一步以“中庸”“和谐”“坚韧”等教育要素作为切入点,探讨儒家思想在医学研究生心理教育中的有机应用。

The mental health of postgraduates is not optimistic. Confucianism is the mainstream of Chinese traditional moral ideology. It has extensive and far-reaching influence in the development of education in China. This article discusses the necessity of “treasure for benevolence, treasure for peace and treasure for virtue” in Confucianism for the cultivation of personality in medical postgraduates and the formation of healthy psychology, furthermore, we explore the application of “the doctrine of the mean, harmony, resilience" in the psychology education.
