3种石斛兰种子非共生萌发和离体保存

【摘要】以金钗石斛(Dendrobium nobile)、流苏石斛(D.fimbriatum)和报春石斛(D.primulinum)为研究对象,研究了其在激素浓度配比下种子萌发情况,并对流苏石斛幼苗进行离体保存。结果表明:25℃时,Knudson C(KC)+BA2mg/L+N从0.2mg/L最利于金钗和流苏石斛原球茎诱导和幼苗分化;KC+NAA0.5mg/L时最适报春石斛原球茎诱导和幼苗分化。幼苗保存在15℃,每天12h光照(20001x),添加3%甘露醇(mannitol)的KC培养基中,10个月后存活率为96%。
