【摘要】This study investigated improving the physical strength and immunity of female cancer patients through yoga exercise to alleviate the side effects of chemotherapy or CRF.The aim of this study was to test the effects of yaga exercise intervention on serum antioxidants(SOD,GPX-3, GSH),lipid peroxidation metabolites(Malondialdehyde;MDA),inflammatory indicators(PGE2 and C-reactive protein;CRP),Heat shock protein 70(HSP 70) and Anti-heat shock protein 70 (Anti-HSP70) levels.18 breast cancer survivors(mean age 54.11+1.85 years) were undergoing cancer treatment concurrently with the exercise intervention.Yoga lessons were provided for 3 months,3 times per week, for 60 min each session. The blood analysis results showed that after 3 months of exercise, the MDA in serum from the study participants decreased significantly(14.49±0.79 versus 11.30±0.95μg/ml,p <.05).This indicated that after exercise, mechanisms decreased the levels of MDA the participants' bodies. For antioxidant indicators, such as SOD,GPX-3,and
